Removing the shifter cable is pretty simple: The bolt is part of and fixed with the clamp, as can clearly be seen in the sketch.
Soak it with rust remover an then it should be easy to pull it out.

The TC can be hard to remove from the box if the "Tilger" (vibration reducer) is present. This is a big round piece of metal with rubber elements inside, mounted on the TC-input shaft.
Then the input shaft has to be pulled out from the TC before removing the TC. This task is easier if the support box is also dismounted.
